Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Quazi Wasim Bari, we strive to deliver the highest quality of professional dental care. This policy outlines how consultation deposits, booking cancellations, and refunds are processed.

1. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations

We value your time and the time of our clinical team. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can reschedule easily by calling the front desk at +91 98922 74856.

2. Diagnostic Consultation Fees

Since we do not offer free checkups, all consultations carry a standard fee. If you have paid a booking deposit online to reserve your slot:

• The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the slot.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or fail to show up (No-Show), the booking deposit will be forfeited.

3. Treatment Refund Policy

Dental treatments involve customized materials (like custom crowns, aligner sets, veneers, or implant posts) fabricated specifically for your jaw structure by dental laboratories. Once a treatment has commenced and lab fabrication has started:

• Fees paid towards customized laboratory products are non-refundable.
• Refunds for uncommenced phases of multi-stage treatment plans will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Dr. Quazi Wasim Bari.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit Card, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.
